  Beautiful facility & overall good service. However, if you're ordering flowers from out of state I'd recommend purchasing your flowers elsewhere. I flew in from Colorado & was disappointed to find the only bouquets without any sender name on them were the two bouquets from out of state... and the flowers that my adult children sent were wilted.... the only bouquet with wilted flowers happened to be the bouquet sent from out of state.

  Thank you for your follow up. In response, once again, one of the bouquets was sent by my adult children... I confirmed with them that they did indeed indicate they would like their names on the card. If I hadn't flown in from Colorado this omission may have never have been corrected. More importantly, the flowers were severely wilted. I'd be happy to supply photos if you'd like. When this was brought to the funeral home's attention instead of replacing the obviously wilted flowers, I was told that the flowers were not wilted. Once again, overall an excellent experience. The flower situation, however, could have been handled differently.
